We have been busy. Over the last few weeks, Sharing Me got the biggest upgrade in its history: a complete redesign from the first screen to the last, and now version 2.1 on top of it, packed with the features you asked for most. Emoji reactions. Multiple photos per day. Fonts that make your journal feel like yours.

A Whole New Look for Your Memories
Your journal holds some of the most personal words you'll ever write. It deserves to be beautiful. So we redesigned every single screen: cleaner layouts, warmer colors, typography that lets your words breathe.
The heart of the new design is color. Every circle gets its own hand-crafted color theme, and the colors shift gently through the year as you scroll back in time. Your gratitude journal can glow in soft lavender while your family circle lives in forest green. Add a photo for each circle and you'll never mix them up again, no matter how many people you share your days with.
The result is an app that feels calm the moment you open it. Less interface, more you.
React With a Heart, a Laugh, or a Hug
This is the one you asked for the most, and honestly, we love it too.
Sometimes an entry doesn't need a reply. Your partner writes "long day, but I made it," and what you want to send back isn't a paragraph. It's a hug. Now you can send exactly that: tap any entry from someone in your circle and leave an emoji reaction. It appears as a small, quiet chip right on their day, and they see it the next time they open the app.
Reactions fit the way Sharing Me works: no comment threads, no like counts, no pressure to respond. Just a small sign that says "I read this, and I'm here."
More Than One Photo per Day
Until now, each day had room for a single photo or scribble. That was a real limit: the day your kid lost their first tooth deserves the gap-toothed grin and the tooth under the pillow.
In 2.1, a day can hold several photos and doodles side by side. Add them while you write or attach them later, rearrange them, mix a photo with a hand-drawn scribble. Everything still syncs to your circle and works offline, exactly like your words do.
Your Journal, Your Handwriting
Words feel different depending on how they look. A gratitude journal wants something soft and handwritten. A daily log with your best friend might want something clean and simple.
So 2.1 lets you choose the font your entries are written in, separately for each circle. Two fonts are free, and Premium unlocks the full collection, from elegant serifs to a script that looks like it came out of a fountain pen. Your choice follows your account, so your journal looks like yours on every device.
Together with the themes and circle photos, this completes the picture: every circle can now have its own colors, its own icon, and its own handwriting. No two journals in Sharing Me look the same anymore, and that's exactly how it should be.
Sync You Never Have to Think About
Under the hood, 2.1 ships a completely rebuilt sync engine. Entries, reactions, and photos now travel between devices faster and merge more reliably, even when you've been offline for days and wrote the whole time.
You shouldn't notice anything, and that's the point. You write, they read, it just works.
Also in Your Browser
If you use Sharing Me on the web, the good news: the new design, the fonts, and reactions are already live there. Open the web app and your journal looks and feels the same as on your phone.
Rolling Out Now
Sharing Me 2.1 is rolling out on the App Store and Google Play over the next few days. If you don't see the update yet, it's on its way.
